DAMATA BUILDING

Ultra-high-end development in the Itaim Bibi district, designed by renowned architect Isay Weinfeld with landscaping by Rodrigo Oliveira. The project features 44 exclusive units of 250m² (approx. 2,690 sq ft) with 3 suites. It offers complete leisure and wellness infrastructure, including a gym, saunas, and an aquatic complex with a lap pool, current pool, and spa. Developed by Idea!Zarvos.
