FLORÀ ALPHAVILLE BUILDING

Ultra-high-end development by MPD, located in the private Alphagran community. The project is highlighted by its integration with 22,000m² (approx. 236,800 sq ft) of preserved forest and offers apartments ranging from 420m² to 835m² (4,520 to 8,987 sq ft). Featuring a single 32-story tower, it combines sophistication, privacy, and resort-style amenities surrounded by nature.

My Contribution: As a hydraulic designer, I was responsible for modeling the distribution systems for cold water, hot water, sewage, and rainwater. My scope covered both the typical floors and the building's podium (base), ensuring the coordination and efficiency of the installations.
