FRANCA 303 BUILDING

High-end mixed-use development ("Design Office") in the Jardins district, designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura. The project features 12 corporate floors with AAA specifications, 5 residential floors, and active ground-floor retail. Developed by Idea!Zarvos and Hedge Investments, it targets LEED Gold and Edge Gold certifications, highlighting its focus on sustainability and efficiency.
