TARRAF SQUARE BUILDING

Major mixed-use complex in São José do Rio Preto, connected to Iguatemi Mall. With a total built area of 54,848.70m² on a 6,511.97m² plot, the project (designed by Königsberger Vannucchi) consists of two towers. Tower B (Business) features 17 floors, 7 elevators, and averages 25 offices per floor. Tower S (Studios) has 19 floors, a leisure rooftop, 5 elevators, and averages 20 units per floor (4 apartments + 16 studios).

My Contribution: I was part of the hydraulic engineering team responsible for the development of the designs for the entire complex. My role involved sizing and modeling the cold water, hot water, and sewage systems for both towers (residential and commercial) as well as the podium (base).
