TODAY CENTRO BUILDING

Mixed-use development featuring ground-floor retail and a single 20-story residential tower with 292 units (Studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms). The project sits on a 1,358m² lot and was developed by Construtora Canopus.

My Contribution: As a designer at Duall, I developed the hydraulic designs (sizing of cold water, hot water, and sewage systems) and electrical designs (focusing on lighting and power outlet distribution) for both units and common areas.
