INTENTO CAMBUÍ BUILDING

High-end residential development located in the heart of the Cambuí district. Featuring a single 19-story tower with only 76 exclusive units (floor plans ranging from 90m² to 120m², with 2 or 3 suites). The project sits on a 2,067m² plot and offers full resort-style amenities and sustainability features under the "Green Bild" certification. Developed by Bild Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
